Sample contract
The contract you accept with one click.
This is the sample — read it before you order. The contract on the first screen in the shop is this text with your details: company, company number, the modules and the price from your order. One click accepts it, and the invoice and the subscription start there.
-
1. The parties
- Supplier
- NuroNode EOOD, Sofia, Bulgaria, info@nuronode.com. The company's full details — name, company number, registered seat and representative — stand in the contract you accept.
- Client
- Your company, with the details from your order: name, company number, address and email. It is accepted by the person who signs in first.
-
2. What you get
ViDA Business – Digital Store: fiscal software with a digital employee for your shop. A subscription, month by month.
You get the modules from your order — the ones included in the base plan and the paid ones you picked. Updates arrive on their own, at no separate charge.
-
3. Price
The base plan is €29 a month for one till and includes every shop module. Two or three tills are €49, four and more €89. Each additional location is €29. Operators are included in the base price.
The paid modules are separate: Storefront with ViDA €19, Voice channel €9, DM Mobile €5, Remote access (per place) €5.
All amounts are monthly, in euro, excluding VAT. The amount in the contract is the one from your order. A price change takes effect on 30 days' notice; if you disagree, you end the contract with no penalty.
-
4. Payment and invoice
You pay by bank transfer against an invoice, month by month. The invoice is issued to the company from your order, in euro. VAT is charged on it where the law requires.
-
5. Term and suspension
Month by month, no lock-in. You end it whenever you decide — the service runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
If an invoice goes unpaid: we remind you on day 14 and suspend access on day 30. Suspension deletes nothing — your data stays and opens again on payment.
-
6. The data is yours
The sales, products, documents and conversations in your shop belong to you. They sit on the shop computer and in a copy inside the European Union.
You export them at any time, in a machine-readable form, without asking anyone. If you leave, you take them with you.
-
7. Who supports what
The software is our job: updates, monitoring, fixing defects, answering questions.
The hardware is the job of the partner who installed you: the till, the fiscal printer, the scales, the shop computer.
-
8. Liability
We are liable for direct damage caused by our own failure to perform, up to the sum of six monthly payments.
We are not liable for decisions taken on an unverified answer from the digital employee, nor for an internet outage on your side. The digital employee issues no fiscal document and makes no payment — people and the till do that.
-
9. Governing law
Bulgarian law applies. A dispute is settled by talking first; if we cannot agree — by the Bulgarian court at the supplier's registered seat.
The price and the modules in the contract come from the order you build in the Configurator. Build it and see the amount before you send anything.
