NuroNode makes software that remembers the store.

NuroNode is a Bulgarian software company focused on building a modern, law-compliant product: ViDA BDM — the modern ERP for Bulgarian retail. Fiscal software with a built-in digital employee, running entirely on Cloudflare — the same product for every retail business with a till.

Who we are

A team of developers and people from retail. The product is developed in a live operating environment and in full compliance with the law.

How we work

Legally compliant product

Built to Ordinance N-18 — operators with PIN and rights, a log of every action (who and when, Annex 29 item 19), the receipt and Z-report structure as the ordinance prescribes; the fiscal seal is switched on with the NRA registration. The VAT Act and its regulations — purchase and sales ledgers per Annexes 10 and 12, byte-exact for filing with the NRA; VIES checks of partners’ VAT numbers; a CN8 code for every item; SAF-T (phases A and C) and the EU ViDA e-invoicing rules; GS1 (Sunrise 2027 — 2D codes with lot and expiry, built and integrated at the till); data kept in the EU (GDPR). The legally required fields are filled in from day one.

The data belongs to the client

On the store PC and in a cloud copy. Sale by sale, with audit and history. You leave with it whenever you decide.

Every module for every retailer

Every module is built into the product. You switch off only what you do not use — in Settings, without a new quote.

The digital employee works for the store

ViDA for shoppers on the storefront, ViDA for staff at the till, ViDA for you here. They act on a person’s behalf, after confirmation; they never issue a fiscal document on their own.
