NSS chart of accounts, automatic entries from the till and invoices, VAT returns, cash and bank, depreciation, year-end closing; a role for your accountant.
Catalogue and CN8
One catalogue for till and storefront: name, category, brand, price, stock, photo. A combined-nomenclature code for every product — the employee suggests, a person confirms.
Variants — size and colour
One style, many variants: the axes (size, colour) are nomenclature set once in Settings, and the matrix generates the variants in one go. Each variant is its own item with its own SKU, barcode and price — a sale draws down that variant, not the style.
Stock and batches
Stock as a ledger: every movement, a delivery as a document, a batch with an expiry date and a request to a supplier are recorded. The cashier does not see the stock buttons.
Prices and promotions
Price is data with history: scheduled prices with a date, promotions with a start and an end, a price card for every item. A change is visible before it is written.
Partners and agreed prices
Customers and suppliers with company details, VAT number and a VIES check kept as evidence. Agreed prices per partner.
Peripherals — scales, labels, customer display
A register of the devices in the store: weight by PLU from the scale, label printing, a customer display with the bill, a scanner.
Incoming invoices
An invoice by email or a photographed paper invoice comes in on its own — the lines become a delivery, the supplier becomes a partner. From day one.
Reports
Commercial reports and the accountant’s pack — daily, monthly, by period. The same date on every screen: the report date is the store date.
Rights and audit
Everyone works under their own name and PIN. Rights shape the screen — a missing right is a missing tile, and the server refuses behind it. Every action stays in the journal, by name.
DM Mobile — the owner’s phone
A separate small app: today’s turnover, cash / card split, what is running out, alerts, a chat with the employee. Watch only — no till operation ever starts from the phone.
Online storefront — with ViDA
The client’s own online shop, on their own domain, with the same catalogue, prices and stock. ViDA — a digital employee for shoppers — answers, advises and takes orders; courier delivery or pick-up in store.
ViDA for the team — voice and text
A digital employee for staff: speaks natural Bulgarian, remembers the store, performs actions on the operator’s behalf after confirmation. An “Actions” board, overnight consolidation, scheduled tasks.
Parallel run while switching
The product runs next to your current program, reads and archives its data sale by sale, then replaces it. You switch without interruption.

The fields the law asks for are filled from day one.
The product is ready for N-18, SAF-T, CN8 and ViDA. All prices and reports in euro only.

CN8 classification of the whole catalogue; the fields of the monthly file are filled with every sale and delivery.

Built to the technical specification for sales-management software in a retail premises.
ViDA / e-invoice
Ready for EN 16931 — the structured fields of the European standard are built into the invoice model from today.
